I worked for the car business for five years. Buying a car is tough. I decided to go with a small family owned car business for my next car purchase. I cannot say enough how happy I am with my decision to go with Falcor Auto Sales. They are exceptional. They went above and beyond. There were a few minor issues with the vehicle I bought. And they addressed them and fixed everything. All in a timely manner. This alone makes a huge difference when buying a car. Because if it was a private deal it would’ve been a different story.

Very happy with my recent purchase. Buying a used car (anywhere) is always a gamble but when you buy from a trusted local family owned business like Falcor— they’ll be there if you have any issues. Jeff and Josh were wonderful to work with and made this whole process so easy for me. Zero pressure. I got a reliable immaculate vehicle at a fair price. Good honest people. Highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible experience. My wife bought a vehicle from this dealership at full price, and before she even put 1,000 miles on it, the car started having serious issues. We brought it back hoping they would make it right, but after their so-called “repairs,” the vehicle was returned to us in unsafe, undriveable condition. Instead of properly fixing the problem, more issues popped up—and ultimately, they agreed to buy the car back… for much less than we paid. Not only was this frustrating, but it felt incredibly unfair and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend staying far away from this dealership. If you’re looking for honesty, accountability, or a car that actually runs—look elsewhere.

Well I purchased the car in Nov 2024. They have had it longer than me trying to fix stuff that was originally wrong with the car and new stuff their mechanics caused. My car has had issue after issue and the original problems still haven’t been fixed correctly. I have brought to 3 other shops with diagnoses and I have broughtit back to FALCOR and it doesn’t get fixed correctly. Paid $8400 for the vehicle not including tax and have put over $1000 into myself it this far. Came with 2 broken key fobs that were never fixed, just taped together. Those were $450 from Mazda. Now the incorrect axle was put in and I am going to have to fix it by another shop, which will cost me lots of dollars. I think some people have had good experiences because they purchased a newer used car that did not have any or only a few issues that could be foxed simply. They used some people in Springfield who are cheap and don’t really know what they are doing, so FALCOR can make maximum bucks off the vehicle. Beware if the car is an older used car. Look it over really really well and take it to your mechanic BEFORE purchasing. I looked it over really well and gave them a list of everything that needed fixing before buying it and they said they would take care of ieverything. They also took all my tinting off which is what really attracted me to the car, as they said it wouldn’t pass inpection, but I have had tinting on cars before and it wasn’t a problem. BEWARE! It is now June and my car still isn’t fixed correctly. The wrong parts were put in the car. I am not having them touch my car anymore. Yes they are nice, but I would rather have a reliable car that works correctly.
