I had a great experience with Elmwood Auto Sales! Lori made the entire transaction seamless and stress-free. They even registered and inspected the truck for me, which made everything incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable used vehicle and excellent customer service!
We purchased our Volvo XC90 from Elmwood Auto and unfortunately the car ended up having some major underlying issues that honestly none of us could have known about at the time. Sometimes things just happen with used vehicles that nobody can predict. What really mattered to us was how we were treated afterward. When we reached back out, they were understanding, caring, and genuinely tried to help us through a really stressful situation for our family. I especially want to thank Moe and Lori. They were both incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout everything. You could tell they genuinely cared and wanted to do whatever they could to help make a bad situation better. They went above and beyond the help make us whole again. This whole experience has honestly been exhausting and emotional for us, but I really appreciate the way Elmwood Auto treated us through it all. Good customer service and kindness go a long way, especially when life throws unexpected problems at you. Thank you again Moe, Lori, and everyone at Elmwood Auto. Jose and I greatly appreciate you!
Trust Moe!!! Elmwood D and J Auto Sales is a First class business and my experience was great. Never go anywhere else trust Moe he will find what you need✔️
Purchased a vehicle from Elmwood recently. Everyone was nice and purchase was easy. Vehicle had been gone through by a mechanic before purchase and they told me the list of things that had been done. During the first 2 weeks the check engine light came on, called dealership and they scheduled repairs, also gave me a loaner while repairs were being made. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Elmwood again.
First time buying from Elmwood and I am extremely pleased with the service and care we received. The staff are very kind, respectful, and quick to meet the needs of customers. They made the car shopping process as painless as possible and I couldn’t be more thankful. I couldn’t recommend this dealer enough!
