I was in the market to purchase a car for my soon to be licensed teenage driver and stumbled upon a very nice 2015 Mazda 6 on FB marketplace. The car ended up being located at Cedar Auto Sales in Springfield and from beginning to end Mohammed and his team there were wonderful to work with. Always responsive to my messages, gave me a good deal on the car, and when I brought up a few concerns with they car they took care of it right away. Got the sticker within two days and my kid is ready to go. If I am ever in the market for another used car I would definitely use Cedars again.

This place is a SCAM!! My wife and I were looking for her new vehicle when we came across a Navigator with 8k miles on their website. Their salesperson Floyd was saying all the right things except the carfax and where the vehicle came from didn’t match. When we asked for videos of the vehicle, they sent us a link to streamable.com and I noticed in the last 2 seconds of the video it showed the odometer at 35k miles. When I asked Floyd (Title: Superior Salesperson) he hung up and never responded again. We looked at their website later that day, Floyd’s name changed on the website from Floyd to Joseph and they edited the video to remove the last 5 seconds so it no longer shows the odometer. SCAM, SCAM! This is why used cars salesman get a bad name! Nice try Floyd or Joseph or whoever you are today! Haha!

⚠️ Warning – Scam Dealership ⚠️ This dealership appears to be running a scam. They advertise vehicles that don’t actually exist, pressure you to send money upfront, and then fail to deliver anything. Once payment is made, communication either stops or becomes evasive. Do not send money to them under any circumstances. Always verify a dealership in person and avoid any business that refuses proper documentation or pushes for quick transfers. Stay cautious and protect yourself—this is a fraudulent operation.

Lemon car. My Son’s lawyer will be at Cedars to talk to Mohamed. My Son returned the car and they don’t want to give his money back. We would see them in court soon. Very bad Customer service they didn’t even know how to repair a car running around for your 30 days to expire be careful people. People like Mohamed doesn’t deserve to have a business in MA!

I was debating to write an review or not and I decided to do it. I bought my SUV a few months ago, it hasn't even been 8 months yet. My family had bought a few cars from there with no issues, that was not the case with me. First the employees and the owner's son are problably one of the rudest people I have ever met, the owner is an okay guy. Then I went to get my car inspected and it got rejected so that was a journey and then when it finally passed not even 3 months with my car and my transmition died, and I have to change my wheel barrier so all in all fixing my $8,000 car is $9,200.69. I regret purchasing this car and I wish I would have gone to an actual dealership. I should have been more suspicious with the comments they said about the car so it is also my fault. Overall I recommend everyone to stay away from this place and take their business elsewhere.
