Carvana Springfield MA

Carvana sounds too good to be true- it is. I was looking for an inexpensive car for my niece and once you find one the AD suggests delivery to your door which is their whole model. But what they don’t tell you is you have to pay $$$ for the door to door service. This makes it a more expensive option -best to just go to the lot- this way you know what you’re buying and don’t have to pay extra $$$ to have the car delivered.

I went through the process of selling a car and it was all very smooth. I provided my address, vehicle information and all requested documents. Carvana provided me a fair quote and we came down to the very last question for the appointment to finalize the sale. It was only then I was told that I needed to drive 89 miles to deliver the car...seriously? You do nothing but state you will pick up until the very last possible moment. Aside from the fact the car is no longer registered because YOU were buying it. Very poor outcome and will never use or recommend them.

If i could gno stars i would. First time i bought a car here and never again. At the first week come to find it need new tires, brake pad, battery, the steering wheel squeaks when turning the car started making horrible sound ect. All in same week we call and call no one helps after they say you get warranty. Well warranty barely covers anything and you gotta pay. Warranty useless so are they. Who sells cars all messed up. Do better

So, I hate to put this here. But this is going to cover all service from (Carvana) in general. The process for ordering a car. Didn't seem very hard at all. But through numerous people and personal difficulties, the admin processes and car care from Carvana is just garbage. Some people are even rude. The lack of quality costumer care is just grotesque. The personnel that you have to deal with to get parts to get your vehicle repaired only care about "Cheap parts" and don't actually care what goes into your vehicle. They only want their money. And when they know they messed up and you have informed them several times that they did. They don't want to own up to their mistakes. This company should be ranked at the bottom compared to dealerships. I said what I said and I'm sorry for any good genuine person that works there.
