DO NOT BUY from this place! They take advantage of the weak! I bought a car about three months ago. Were very helpful at the beginning Howe took over a week to get my car after I bought it. Then when I did finally get my car the lights on dash started to appear. They were very responsive to fix it until it came time to fix it. They had my car for an entire day to fix a co2 sensor that was then the exhaust but to find out they just changed a sensor. They were told at the beginning it had a shake and they said it came into alignment. Shake still there! They broke my front end sensor in grill which they replaced but my front end light is on in dash along with traction control and engine light. They never answer phone and no voicemail even set up. They say I am out of my 30 days however I have explained all my problems and none have been fixed. Just reset to get past the 30 days. They say car was under warranty but it is not.. just the powertrain. There shop of mechanics don’t want to fix anything and they just give you the run around. I’m a single mother of three and my last car tranny blew so I explained how I needed a reliable car that I didn’t need to fix and they assured me if anything was wrong they would fix! They didn’t even have title til a week after me signing! I want my money back!!! Banks do not need to give them financial support… they are crooks! They took advantage and do not want to make things right! At this point in going to end up homeless since I can’t work to pay my bills… all due to this company with false promises and assurances
