78 Lincoln St, Springfield, MA 01109What do customers say about Action Auto Sales?
This dealership is a good dealership my family bought good car from the dealer ,,, and the number on the sign is a non working number 😊😊😊😊😊
Great place. Tony is great.
I bought a Ford Fusion there. 230000 miles. I do believe it probably it is as mechanically sound as any car on the road. Good deal at $1,500
They rarely pick up the phone when you call. Seem sketchy. I left my number with the guy in person and over the phone more then 5 times and he never called me back. Posted a vehicle on Craigslist private sale even though he's a dealer, and didn't have the title to the vehicle he was trying to sell. Be aware when you use this dealer.
I bought 1 vehicle that unknown to me was not a good vehicle, I recently gave this place another chance, the vehicle was given high praise, I paid $1950.00, I had vehicle checked out by a mechanic, I have been given very bad news, I have $5000.00 in damages I wasn't told about. I have to sell to a junkyard, my vehicle costs $1950.00 plus $5000.00, now its a $7000.00 price tag. I can't afford that amount of repairs, so 2 vehicles from this place, 1 went to junkyard, another will be headed there to. Now I again will be walking, wasted registration money, wasted insurance money, beware, be very aware.
