Ever since I known John and Owen at Merrimack Auto sales they have been nothing but helpful and courteous all my cars I have gotten from them over the years have met my expectations and needs. the prices are low and the quality is always good i highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car with low miles and good quality and over all they just don’t sell you anything just to sell you something they always make sure it’s what you want and need if you’re looking to buy a car from someone who cares these are your guys I highly recommend them thank you guys for all you done.ps I happened to buy a car from them and not even two weeks someone totaled my car I then went back to Merrimack auto and sure enough they had what I needed didn’t take them long so ya I am happy with Merrimack auto sales trust me you won’t regret it I’ve them a chance.

Owen was AMAZING! He was friendly and answered all our questions and he is fairly priced and has very nice vehicles! Sold my son a beautiful GMC! Would highly recommend this spot for your next vehicle! Awesome experience 👏 😁

I been a customer for over 30 plus years and never had any issues with the multiple vehicles I have purchased.I also have sent family and friends who have purchased vehicles with nothing but excellent service as well.prices on their automobiles are more than reasonable. Top notch company in my book.

Now, I don’t usually leave Google reviews but almost 3 weeks ago I bought an Infiniti Q50 2018 from them within a week of having the car the car not trying to go over 20 mph in the middle of the road while I’m driving on the highway. Thought it may have been a fluke so I let it slide same thing that happens again while I’m driving, of course. Call them to let them know what’s going on. They said bring it to the mechanic. I was fine with that. I was gonna take my sweet time cause I have a warranty for 30 days. Sitting in my car, parked listening to music. My check engine light comes on hasn’t gone off. I also Realize while I was parked after noticing the check engine light has come on that when I turned my steering wheel the car RPM goes up so it’s like I’m hitting the gas, but I’m not even touching the gas because the car is parked. At this point, I’m actually pissed off call JOHN Upset about all this stuff that’s going on with the car and he says I’m kind of upset with you because you didn’t bring it to the shop sooner and I say I’m upset with you because I just got this car and haven’t had it for a month and all of this shit is happening with a car that’s supposed to be driven for longevity. It’s your responsibility to sell me a car that isn’t Going to break down within weeks of me having it. Among other things wrong with the car since I got it, the car is basically eating gas. I will drive 5 miles in the car Takes about 15 miles from the tank. And I’m seeing that exact number because I’ve tested it out I’ve been paying extra close attention. My radio overly delayed. When I reverse the car squeaks. Charging port Under the radio, very loose doesn’t really charge my phone. Please listen to views when actually getting a car because they will actually be true after reading their reviews today I seen that other cars transmissions have went within a month of having it and John being in a hole and not trying to fix it for people. Funny thing is on the phone. He admits to not having anybody look over this car before selling it to me. Himself said he’s never even gotten in the car.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership a little over a month ago, and unfortunately the transmission has already failed. After contacting John, the owner, for assistance, I was met with hostility and disrespect. Instead of trying to help or discuss possible solutions, he argued with me and stated that since my 30-day warranty had just expired, it was “not his problem.” I was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service. Being yelled at and dismissed when simply asking for help is unacceptable. I expected a dealership to stand behind the vehicles they sell and handle concerns respectfully. At this point, I will be pursuing further action to address this matter.
