5 star review for Richie!!!:)). Details- my experience at Nissan of Merrimack Valley was my first time getting a car payment actually first time getting a loan period. First new car, I was extremely nervous because I am not that educated about buying cars. So I went many different places and I was trying to find something I could afford I have bad credit. The team they have here are amazing, hardworking, and extremely nice people. They do not bullshit at all made sure I walked away happy my purchase and were extremely understanding and accommodating. Thank you to every team member especially Richie who was the salesman assigned to me.

Purchased a Rogue from them this month. Everyone is professional and no pressure selling. My sales consultant Allen Huoth is great , ask for him. Also, I had service question and the service department has to be the nicest service department Ive ever dealt with.

Fantastic! I've never had a good experience at a car dealership before and they changed that. It wasn't just one person - we dealt with Ed, Rithy, Jeremy, and Jamie they were all great! Everyone was so helpful and took their time to explain things to us. Not only did we walk away with a new car, but with more knowledge about the process too. The entire environment was relaxed and not what you'd expect from a car dealership. The staff were friendly and funny - not pushy. Not only was the staff great, but we got a great deal too - several hundred less than a "common" dealership. We'll definitely do business with them again and highly recommend them.

I had nothing but the best experience here. We are in the process of possibly trying to fix my car. They have held it for almost the whole winter. They are amazing. So helpful helping my dad also with his car. This is a great team. I highly recommend going to them. They have a pretty good fast turnaround. They check up on you.I'm very very satisfied
