Had been looking for a car for my son for a while before finding one that fit the bill at Karman. Anthony was great - flexible and responsive throughout the process. He worked with me to allow my mechanic to give it a once over, and took care of everything he said he would afterwards. Car is solid, very happy with it and the entire end to end experience.

We had a great experience with Karman Auto Sales. We drove down from Eastern Maine to purchase a Toyota tacoma. They had a far better price on the EXACT truck we were looking for than we could find anywhere near us. Communication back and forth before we drive down, and after the sale, was great. Even when we ran into a couple issues with getting a Maine inspection sticker (nothing major!), they were fantastic in helping us get what we needed done with the truck. Very happy with our experience and it certainly will be a dealership we'll look for more vehicles in the future! Thank you guys at Karma Auto Sales!!!

I bought a Honda Accord V6 from them, and the car is fantastic. They sell quality cars. After a week of buying the car, I noticed that it had a bad starter (most 9th gen Accords do). They put in a new starter and didn’t charge me anything. That was great! However, a few days later my brakes started making a hissing noise and I went to them but I was told that it’s a normal noise. I’ve driven many cars and that noise wasn’t normal. So they helped me with the starter but did not help me with the brake noise, that’s why the 3-star review. Otherwise, the car is fantastic.

The car offered by this dealer was in great condition and seemed top notch. However, the owner was least interested in offering a test drive of the car when i asked for it and he always kept asking for how would i be paying for it before taking out on test drive. He seemed quite rude later and told me he no longer was interested in selling the car just because when i asked on why would they not accept a credit card . He seemed really nice at first until it was all about talking regarding money and would not offer me a test drive until i finalize how would I be paying if i were to buy this car. Feel bad for the other employees who have to work there . I recommend all to check out other dealers in the city that are far better in terms of customer service and are much better in effective communication to their customers.

Terrible dealer !!!, I was quite insulted because he expected me to buy a truck that had problems with the front stabilizer bar and deep rust, however the truck wasn't on the lot and so I waited because I needed to see its condition. He also asked me for a deposit (money) to bring it to the lot, which is their problem because they should have the vehicle available for inspection and test drive, which he didn't let me do either. You cannot force a customer to buy something they do not like.
