I wouldn’t even give this dealership 1 star if I could. I bought a car from them thinking it was reliable, but almost immediately I started having problem after problem with it. When I brought the car back, the mechanic took forever to even look at it, and I was constantly getting excuses and delays. As a busy mom of two kids, I do not have time to wait over a week without reliable transportation while they drag their feet. In the end, I had to fix the car myself because I couldn’t keep waiting around. No customer should have to spend their own money and time repairing a vehicle they just purchased. The lack of urgency, communication, and customer service was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a dependable car or honest service.
