This is THE BEST discount store around New England!! I am completely addicted! The deals are fantastic! The employees are so friendly and VERY helpful! The owners are always around making sure things go smoothly and customers are happy with their experience! They encourage customers to check their purchases at the testing station and to check and make sure the item you are purchasing is to your satisfaction because there are no returns understandably so, The store is liquidation final sales. No returns, they do offer 30 day on large appliances only. The owners of this shop are wonderful to work with, they were very fair in giving me some flexibility to test the item I purchased as it was a big purchase.
