This is probably the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. My husband inquired about a vehicle and within minutes Matt and him were texting. We knew the car we wanted. Submitted everything needed to finance (credit was a bit tricky so the fact it was as smooth as it was is relieving all on its own) we were approved with no bs promises which was huge because alot of dealerships promise you something just to get you in the door and the haggle with higher prices. When I tell you, I went to the dealership, signed stuff and 4hrs later left with the car, thats the 1000% truth. Dont always assume the smaller dealerships on the side of the road aren't worth it: because this one definitely was. Id take doing business with them over a larger dealership any day!

I could not have asked for a better or easier experience buying a car. I showed interest in a car on their website and within a few minutes Matt called me, answered the questions I had, and had me come into the dealership. The entire process was really easy and I never felt pressured. I also had my toddler with me and they were very accommodating and patient. I found a car that fit exactly what i was looking for and Matt was very great at communicating and keeping me updated throughout the process of actually purchasing the car. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the different warranties and financing options easily. General Manager Mark was wonderful to work with and Matt made all of the paperwork smooth and stress free. The entire team was quick, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. Even the mechanics were so kind. It was raining when I picked up my Jeep and when I went to grab things out of my old car, one of them offered to squeegee the ground so I wouldn’t step in a puddle. They had a truck online that had the options I wanted (and more) at a price I could afford. Matt was very friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and made the out of state buying process easy. I Ubered down from Maine and picked up the truck. Location was easy to access from Rt 495.
