Awesome Dealership! I can't say enough nice things about my experience with Dalmaso Motors. They were truly helpful as can be and super accommodating to my sporadic schedule, even times when I showed up unannounced because I was in the area. They stopped what they were doing to help me test drive the car last minute. It's a nice family owned business that helped me get a wonderfully reliable car when I needed one asap. Their website was a big help with tons of detailed information and 30+ photos of the vehicle I was interested in which helped immensely before stepping foot on the lot. Usually buying a car can be off putting and tiring, but not here. I was able to look at the car with the misses without any pressure and they let me take it for a test drive with no hassle. He even insisted that if I liked the vehicle to take it to get looked at for a pre purchase inspection. They truly stand behind the cars they sell to make sure their customers are taken care of. I honestly would recommend them to anyone who wants a great car for a more than fair price. Thank you Dalmaso Motors for all you're help, I hope you guys have a great Christmas and a Happy New Year!

My conversation with John at Delmaso Motors simplified my search for a scooter for my son. It was simple thanks to John and Louis. Getting there from Concord, NH was well worth it. You've found the right spot if you value fair pricing and experienced help.

I went to this shop a few days ago because I got an engine alert in my car and a sound in the gear lever. They just told me that all of this is normal and that the engine is fine. Today I went to a really expert workshop and they gave me documentation pointing out what was wrong and what I should change urgently. Terrible customer service. The mechanic gives me his word telling me that he promises that there is nothing in the car. What you are is a liar to your clients

You can see by the way this business replies to the reviews, how unprofessional and unethical they are. They could care less about your safety or what you think. They only want your money. If I could leave no stars, I would. Do not buy any vehicles from this dealership. They lie and are not transparent with the way they do business. They broke a verbal agreement and acted on bad faith when I bought my truck. AMIR is the one who was making the car sale (supposedly an employee) but I later found out (by the owner himself-GUTO) that the guy did not even work there. I was a week away from having my baby and they sold me an unreliable truck for my husband and I. I paid $9.800 cash! They made many promises to my husband and I in regards to the truck. But after I paid them, they stalled in just about everything. But the most infuriating part about this purchase is the fact that after they dropped off the truck at my home and then I took it to get a state inspection and found out that the two front wheel bearing were completely done. I was told my two different mechanics that I should have not been driving the truck AT ALL. They simply dropped off the car without fixing anything. The owner guaranteed the truck was all set. How can someone sell a truck on this condition without any guilt in their conscious? He put my husband’s, my baby’s and my life at risk! The only reason why I don’t hire a lawyer and deal with this is because of the amount of the truck cost. The total amount of money that goes into hiring a lawyer… in the end it would not be worth it, financially. I could risk paying almost what I paid for the truck…. Plus, all the stress and anxiety. And even if I won, you can’t force someone to pay you.. and then I’d have to deal with more headache having to deal with that too. I’ve sat with 2 lawyers. It’s not worth it. BUT I DO BELIEVE justice will come for him. I am in a healing process (from a C-section) and the owner not only DIDN’T TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY but tried manipulating the situation and insulted me. As a customer I had every right to feel mad, anger and frustrated. The owner and the fraud employee AMIR, lied to us about the truck over and over again. And yet, he feels like I need to be ‘patient’. It is UNBELIEVABLE that someone with kids and a family could sleep at night knowing they sold an unsafe and unreliable truck to another family!!!! Take your money somewhere else. For your own good. Disgusting work ethic. Liars. UPDATE-- AUGUST 2023-- I HAD TO SELL THE TRUCK DUE TO ALL THE MALFUNCTIONS AND PROBLEMS. I HAVE SPENT OVER $3.500 TRYING TO FIX THE ISSUE. WE HAD THIS TRUCK FOR ONLY A YEAR AND HAD TO SELL IT. I AM SO DISGUSTED BY THIS BUSINESS. If you're smart, you will take your money somewhere else. My son bought a Taotao scooter from the company which we had the following issues with: We brought it back to get it fixed when when realized that they didn't install the bolts holding the engine to the frame. No apology period. Week later brought it back again gas gauge was not working properly, they said that float wasn't down, again no apology we were driving 55 miles each way. Finally they got if fixed. Went to start the scooter after winterizing scooter in spring scooter would not run. Took it to 2 very reputable dealers who both said that the scooter was not repairable as it had no compression, My son only logged just over 800 miles on it. Worthless scooter left messages no call returned. Highly recommend that you do not buy from them.
