This dealership is the best one yet! I was a first time purchaser, and compared to other dealerships, I felt so comfortable with EZ Cars. They made the whole process so smooth for me. I will definitely recommend. If you ever visit, make sure to ask for Eduardo, he is the best agent they have, in my opinion. 10 out of 10 service!
A few months ago, passing through Lowell, I saw the sign for this dealership which made me curious to go in and see the cars for sale. From the beginning I was assisted by the salesman Santiago who gave me good treatment, good information and willingness to help me, who made me come back and buy the vehicle he was looking for at that time. He looked for options for me with the goal of making me satisfied, which I recommend as a salesperson for the company. If you decide to visit them, I recommend that you ask about him. Thanks Ez Cars
I bought a car with Eduardo, I recommend this store as long as it took a little longer than expected, they helped me a lot in relation to the initial entry, satisfied with the car
Best store in the area! They're great people and so easy to deal with! I really recommend this store to everyone! Will definitely buy more cars in the future.
I can only recommend this place to Santiago, who was an excellent person with my family and me. The rest is not satisfied at all. The car was not delivered to me at all 100%, I thought that by buying an expensive car I would have a good outlook and be without headaches. They gave it to me with an engine problem and of course they gave me a 4-year warranty but now I'm seeing if the company that they told me they would give me my warranty is going to pay for it. Otherwise I will have to pay quite a few dollars out of my wallet. As I said at the beginning, I only recommend Santiago but the rest of the staff have terrible service and the lying mechanics who play with the mentality of a teenager.
