Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Cars are all well serviced and well taken care of. Cars are at very reasonable prices for the condition. This dealership is the real deal, and you can’t get much better in the current automotive climate. My family has purchased 3 cars from SEMS over the last 5 years, and 2 of the 3 have lasted us a great while (The 3rd was just purchased). I would give them 5 stars, however I think they could work on their communication, especially when it comes to their busier periods. I found myself calling several times in order to get the status of my car. It was sort of frustrating, especially when they said that they’d call me back in 15 minutes, then after they wouldn’t call back in almost 3 hours I would have to call them myself to check back in. I understand that they’re busy, but they should really have an employee or two there whose job it is to take calls to avoid this. That all being said, excellent dealership. Honest all around. Cannot recommend enough.
