Sam in finance made the closing process a breeze — simple, straightforward, and zero upselling pressure. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Beck in late March, I had to make an emergency appointment for a damaged tire on my Honda CRV Hybrid. The service department was totally bombed that day. My Service Advisor Troy was absolutely grace under pressure. He made several calls, was able to order a new tire. Troy and the Honda Service Team stayed after hours to ensure that I had my CRV back the same day. Very happy and appreciative of the great service and enjoyed this beautiful sunset while I was waiting.

Last week I went to the Dealership, I met Edward Ortiz who are one of the car salesmen in the dealership, he helped me get a nice car there, he was very patient didn’t give up on me.
