I worked with Robert to purchase my car and I must say he is a phenomenal sales person. I enjoyed working with him and he made sure every issue that I saw with my car was handled and always said I’d be the first to know. Would definitely reccomend him to others!

This is my third time purchasing a vehicle from them, and once again, it was a smooth experience from start to finish. The team (Robert, Tomm and Kevin) are so pleasant and very easy to work with, making the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. I’m now the proud owner of a beautiful 2015 BMW 528i, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The car drives like a dream and feels like it was made just for me. Highly recommend

I recently purchased a 2015 Camaro 2SS from Avon Auto Brokers. While the car is decent, the experience was absolutely unacceptable due to the lack of professionalism from the Sales Manager, Robert. From the start, Robert handed me a quote where he had physically used white-out to hide the Total Sale Price. For a $30,000 deal, a customer shouldn't have to deal with a manager who masks the final math to keep them in the dark. The communication was incredibly vague. After taking my deposit, Robert provided zero proactive updates. When I would reach out for a status, he gave open-ended answers and never a specific time. He only revealed a "22-car service backlog" ten days after placing the deposit when I pushed for a concrete answer. I specifically asked for a list of everything being performed during this two-week service; Robert told me it was "no problem," yet he still failed to produce a single record upon pickup. Even a week after taking the car home, he still hasn't produced that sheet. On the day he finally promised the car would be ready, he left me on read all day; I only found out it wasn't ready by calling the front desk and speaking to a different salesman. Picking the car up turned into an all-day ordeal and required three separate trips back and forth to the dealership. Not even 50 miles into the drive home, the check engine light came on for a mass air flow sensor—this is after the car supposedly spent two weeks in service. I had to spend 3.5 hours waiting for the fix, and then I had to return yet again to re-sign paperwork because Robert tried to sneak Gap insurance into the final contract. I had explicitly declined the insurance weeks prior in a text he clearly acknowledged, yet he still tried to slip it past me at the last second. To top it all off, the "service" was clearly half-assed; I’ve since found the airbox literally wood-screwed shut. Between the overpriced tag, the astronomical $895 doc fee, and Robert’s deceptive tactics, I cannot recommend this place. Do not talk to Robert. He relies on giving vague answers and hoping you won't notice the details. Ask for any other salesman on the floor who will actually treat a major purchase with the transparency it deserves. When Robert finally provided me with a service printout, 3 weeks after pickup, and 5 weeks since originally asking him, I found they did hardly anything. Somehow they changed the MAF sensor in the service, yet it went bad and turned the check engine light on by the time I picked it up. I do not recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with Avon Auto Broker dealership. They do have nice cars, and at first everything seemed great. My seller, Kevin (who sadly passed away last year), was very helpful during the purchase process. However, after buying the car, I started experiencing many problems. While Kevin was around, he tried to help, but after his passing, things became much worse. I had to deal with the owner (Deny)and an employee named Rony, and it turned into a frustrating back-and-forth situation. I brought the car in multiple times for repairs, and they even sent it to a Mercedes dealership, but the same issues kept coming back - sometimes with new problems added. My interactions with Rony were very negative, and at one point we almost got into an argument. Overall, the customer service after the sale was poor, and I felt unsupported. At this point, I no longer feel safe driving the car because the issues were never properly fixed. I recommend that anyone considering buying from here thoroughly checks the vehicle before purchasing, because my experience after the sale was extremely disappointing.

Never buy anything from these people. I was so disrespected by the staff that I had to NOT buy a car I had the cash for and really wanted. it was perfect. But Roberto treated me like trash and so did the finance officer. I had cash to give them, and they made it impossible to buy from them because of their treatment.
