Prestige Auto

I purchased a 2018 Lexus RX from Prestige Auto Group and had a very good experience. I was happy with the price, the transaction was smooth, and they answered all of my questions. They also helped me register the car quickly. What really impressed me was that they called me two days later to check how I liked the vehicle. That level of follow-up is rare. I would definitely recommend them.

Very trustworthy and professional dealership. Everything was explained clearly, no surprises at all. The car looked exactly as expected and drove perfectly. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them.

Their customer service is incredibly attentive. Everything related to the buying and selling process is handled very quickly. You also truly feel like you’re purchasing a car from a very professional, corporate-level business. The sales representative guided us in choosing the right car and also reviewed all the vehicles I was interested in, explaining both their pros and cons. Thank you for everything!

One of the smoothest car-buying experiences I’ve had. No games, just good service and a fair deal. In and out faster than I expected. Will recommend to everyone I know! Thank you Onat :)

Read the one star reviews listed here, they are not wrong!!! Not only that they lie right to your face, They say they have no room at all for negotiation on their prices and then turn around and literally 2 days later lower prices. Why lie to a customers face when you have a potential sale right in front of you. A lot of their cars have issues with titles as stated. They operate under several companies Prestige auto, American Fleet and Fleet response. Avoid them all and save yourself a lot of headache!!!
