I had an amazing experience with Donnell Stringfellow at Easterns Automotive! I came in wanting a Ford Mustang Mach-E, but I was extremely anxious because my credit isn’t the best. From the moment I walked in, Donnell made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed every step of the way. He was honest, patient, and never made me feel judged. He worked hard to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and his communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. I truly appreciate how dedicated he was to making this a smooth and stress-free experience. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about his customers and will go above and beyond, I highly recommend asking for Donnell Stringfellow.
