Just received my vehicle from Carvana 3 days ago and so far so good. The process has been super easy, I got pre approved in 5 minutes, browsed the vehicles, added some to my favorites and in less than 2 hours, I had found my car. I traded my current vehicle in and they sent me the offer online in less than 10 minutes. I signed all my documents online, sent proof of insurance and completed the whole process from my home in about an hour. I will never go to a car dealership again. My vehicle arrived 3 days later in my driveway and they took away my trade in at the same time. I test drove the car, checked it out and had 7 days to decide if I wanted it or not. Since I loved it already, I have no intentions on getting rid of it, added the extended warranty to be on the safe side. So far so good!!!

I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Carvana based on my experience. The vehicle I received was not accurately represented in the listing. After inspection, there is over $3,000 in undisclosed damage that was not visible in the photos or disclosed at the time of purchase. When I contacted Carvana, I was offered what was described as a “simple exchange process.” However, the reality has been extremely disorganized and inconsistent. I have spent weeks following their instructions, only to receive conflicting information from multiple representatives. The most concerning part: I was ultimately told that in order to complete the exchange, I would need to take out a second loan on a replacement vehicle before the original loan is paid off. That is not a reasonable or acceptable solution, and it places all of the financial risk on the customer. At this point, the issue is not just the vehicle—it is: Misrepresentation of condition Lack of internal coordination An exchange process that is not operationally viable I have since escalated this matter to the Better Business Bureau and the Maryland Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division. I hope Carvana resolves this appropriately, but based on my experience, I would recommend extreme caution before purchasing.
