I have been searching for a specific vehicle finally found what I wanted at Carela. Drove from West Virginia on Monday to Baltimore to test drive. The 2018 Forester had had a lot of trouble codes came up i really liked vehicle and talked to Alex, he Guaranteed that he would have the problems by Friday so I signed a sales agreement to purchase the subaru. We sat at the desk and agreed on pick up by the end of the week. I asked if it wasn't finished by Friday if he would hold it he said at that point I would have to put a deposit on it. I asked if they were unable to repair the vehicle if the deposit was refundable he said at that point in the conversation that he didn't need my money and yes it would be ok. Well on Tuesday 3 days before Friday I get a text saying the sold the vehicle out from under me! That is not how you do business!!! If he would have told me he needed a deposit on the spot things would have been different. I also asked about his bad reviews he blamed them on a rival dealership, hard to believe that at this point. I did want to give them zero star rating but I had to press 1 to give a rating.... Buyers beware not an honest person... Edit for response from owner vehicle had 34 ACTIVE CODES!!! I was protecting my investment you were supposed to repair vehicle!!!! I hope you didn't screw the next buyers like you misled me as I said before BUYER BEWARE OF UNHONEST DEALERS!!!!!!!!
