Bought our 2007 Cadillac CTS from them. They were straight forward about everything. I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me a shit car. You get the freedom to walk around the lot without the pressure of a salesman or feeling forced into a long term financial commitment. I have a beautiful car that only needed minor fixes and no high monthly car payment. The ladies in the office were just the sweetest to my whole family. They were so helpful and actually even held the car for me until I could get in the next day. I will definitely be getting all my cars from here. And I tell everyone now to go there. Because what is better then having a reliable car without a crazy high monthly bill to stress over. Love this place.
🚨 Public Warning Review for Baltimore Auction Title: Extremely Risky Place to Buy a Car — Hidden Issues, No Test Drives, Extra Fees, and No Accountability I bought a car from Baltimore Auction yesterday, and before I even made it home the check‑engine light came on, the transmission started slipping, and the car became unsafe to drive. I brought it back today, less than 24 hours later, and they told me there are absolutely no refunds, even though the vehicle clearly had major mechanical problems from the moment it left their lot. They also do not allow test drives, which means you have no chance to catch serious mechanical issues before you hand over your money. By the time you discover the problems, you’re stuck with them. On top of that, they charge a $500 fee on every purchase, which makes the risk even bigger. You’re paying extra money for a car you can’t test, and if it breaks down immediately—as mine did—they take zero responsibility. This place is a major gamble for anyone trying to buy a reliable vehicle. They sell cars with undisclosed mechanical issues, offer no transparency, and refuse to stand behind what they sell. I strongly urge the public to look for better, more trustworthy options in Maryland. Protect your money. Protect your safety. Avoid Baltimore Auction.
★☆☆☆☆ Selling Junk cars should be illegal. My daughter worked so hard to save money at 17/18 (her first job). She just graduated high school and going to college in the fall. She purchased a car on Wednesday 5/17 in hopes of helping me to stop paying for a daily rental and so she can get to work. And of course after getting the car checked the same day she picked it up, on Thursday it’s a head gasket issue. Nasty work. Yesterday it was a holiday, Friday the auction was closed. The car started smoking taking it to be inspected when picked up. The Mechanic call on her behalf and was told it’s nothing that can be done. Who desires to buy a car that can’t even be driven down the street? The True Divine God sees and knows all. Thank you for making my beautiful daughter feel like a failure that she made a horrible decision and that her $4500 dollars is a waste after buying a car with engine problems, getting car insurance and tags. Comic Justice to all whom have been misused, hurt and abused in this way. Shame on all who knowingly do this to honest people while you hide behind paperwork that make it easy to take advantage of innocent people. Now the Universe knows you all need a personal lesson. And as I mother, parent etc you should FEEl where I’m coming from. Or maybe you don’t but one day you will ‼️
If I could I’d give a 0 star rating!!!!!!! I brought an 08 Honda accord they cleared the codes on the car and by the time I was able to get to see what wrong they said it was too late for them to do anything and when the check engine popped up they said it wasn’t even covered I’ve replaced the 02 sensors, throttle body, mass airflow sensor, power steering pump, power steering lines, the entire a/c unit was trashed, the alternator went out, my seat belt sensor doesn’t work, the abs units trashed , the calipers were completely rusted to hell and back ; every single speaker besides one is blown; and the worse part is the check engine light still comes on my car can’t pass inspection and I’ve sunk so much money into the piece of crap
Very fair to judgment. misrepresented the car(2013 Ford Escape). The seller lied about the condition of the vehicle. Vehicle history was falsified. Only give you 24hrs to report something wrong with the vehicle or bring the vehicle back in. 2013 Ford Escape from purchase was running smoothly until week later vehicle developed issue with the engine randomly identifying it overheating and was not able to start the car or drive the car. I had to tow it. From there have had multiple mechanics look at it even in auto shop. They cannot find the issue. It’s been another week sitting in the shop. This auction has left me in a very stressful situation. I do not recommend buying any car from here.
