Although the car I originally wanted wasn’t available, Ryan went above and beyond to help me find the perfect alternative. He was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand my needs and budget. Thanks to him, I was able to drive away with a car I truly love at a price I was comfortable with. I highly recommend A&M Auto and especially Ryan for anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and excellent customer service!!!

This company is a scam artist. They initially promised to work with me, claiming to be income-based, which essentially means they would allow me to purchase a car without considering my credit score. Upon my arrival, the representative, Ryan, informed me that he would sell me a car. I was initially excited about this prospect. However, he then proceeded to request a co-applicant, which I was not aware of. If they do not conduct credit checks, he asked if I had $3,000 in cash, which we agreed upon at a lower price. Despite my initial positive impression, further conversations with the company became stressful. I was then forced to stand outside in the rain. I strongly advise against engaging with this company. They will inform you over the phone to come in so that they can conduct a credit check, as they are eager to obtain money from lenders.
