Chevyland is the best dealership that I have ever purchased a vehicle from. My purchase from start to finish was AWESOME thanks to Calvin aka Captain Credit. I felt very welcome and everything was made easy for me. I love my new-to-me 2022 Equinox. I will definitely be a returning Customer in the future. I'm always taken good care of by my tech Justin. He makes sure I'm in and out as quick as possible and if any suggestions he lets me know. I enjoy going and waiting in waiting area. He makes it a smooth visit.i miss my Silverado as well. Beautiful truck.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Sederek Smith. Our entire process actually started at around 5:30 in the morning, when he responded to me and immediately got to work behind the scenes to help make everything happen. From that early morning message all the way through 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM later that day, he went above and beyond for me on an incredibly busy day—and never once lost his patience, professionalism, or kindness. To make things even more challenging, I had just worked a 12-hour overnight shift at the hospital and hadn’t slept at all. I was exhausted, delirious, and honestly didn’t make sense half the time. Despite that, Sederick was calm, respectful, and incredibly accommodating. He adjusted to my situation, explained things clearly, and worked with me and through it all to make sure I ended up with exactly what I needed and wanted. I was indecisive, tired, and overwhelmed, yet he never rushed me, never pressured me, and never made me feel like an inconvenience. His manners, patience, and genuine care truly set him apart. He took the time to understand what was best for me and my family, and he continued working behind the scenes until everything was completely finished. I drove away confident, happy, and incredibly grateful. If you want someone who truly cares and delivers a top-tier experience, Sederick Smith is the one. I would recommend him a thousand times over!

I am extremely disappointed with the management at Chevyland on Youree Drive. My original buying experience with Shunta Hall was amazing, and Q was also great, but my recent interaction with Josh in management was completely unacceptable. While I was simply trying to get clarity about my vehicle, repairs, and final charges, he told me, “I don’t know what Shunta told you, but I won’t be able to do this for you every time.” I asked him what he meant, being that this was really my first major service issue and I normally only come in for oil changes and routine maintenance. His response was, “So you’re saying you don’t do business here a lot?” I was honestly confused. What kind of question is that to ask a paying customer? People have really learned how to abuse their power. He literally spoke to me like I was a child…rude, dismissive, condescending, and completely belittling. After dealing with ongoing vehicle issues, limited communication, and spending nearly $100 a day on Lyft, who treats a paying customer like this? Please think twice before doing business with Chevyland unless you are dealing with certain people. Shunta and Q were great, but management was extremely disappointing. This is not just about money.
