Bought a 2017 Ford Raptor on Tuesday April 14th. When I was inspecting the truck i noticed damage on the right rear door and bed. I was assured by the sales team and Manager Mike Lee they would have a profession team repair it to as good as new and I could pick it up 2 days later. The 2 days turned into 3 then 4. Then Monday the following week. Then Tuesday but no later then Wednesday. I was told they had to take my truck to texarkana to a place called MSF performance. I was contacted Wednesday my truck would be ready but I could pick it up around 8. Then 8 turned into camln we do it tomorrow. I refused as I made arrangements. But I come to find Mike Lee's wife drove down and picked my truck up and it would be fine because my truck would stay as his house. I come to pick up my truck today and was literally floored at the poor excuse of work I had been waiting for a week and 3 days for. So I point out the shady work to 2 salesmen and they go in to talk to Mike Lee and he said he ain't losing any more money on the deal and was not going to repair the truck properly. I got my tags and I immediately drove the truck to a professional paint and body shop I am familiar with. They took a ton of pictures of the paint that is already chipping off. The scratch marks in the sanding and the runs all over the paint. Not to count the endless over spray that was all over the truck. I am filing this complaint in regards to the poor service and lies I have been told end over end. My I will take the estimate to court if needed because this is not what people deserve when they go to a dealership they once thought they could trust. Legal action will move forward if the truck isn't repaired properly as I was told countless times.

Don’t buy any vehicle from this location. I bought a used car from here back in August they stated was certified pre-owned. Car was never certified, it’s a lemon. Tried to sell me the vehicle with bald tires and sponging brakes, and a car alarm that wouldn’t stop due to a bad key fob. I had them replace them as I wouldn’t buy the car in POOR condition they presented as. When I picked the vehicle up, they left a rattle on my back end and told me everything else is out of my own pocket. I was furious because they refused to fix a problem they made. It took me getting in a car accident for a collision center to tell me who ever did the tires and brake service LAST on my vehicle forgot to tighten my rear right suspension. To add salt to injury, I traded my 2021 Silverado for this car, they gutted my truck second day and stole the 1700$ sound system. I only know this because I was called back from the dealership because I had left something sentimental inside it. When I saw the sound system torn apart, knew this dealership was a bunch of rats. On top of all this, it took the dealership 4 MONTHS to give me the remaining balance from the trade of the truck, 3 months to get my plate, and best of all, it’s APRIL and I’m NOW RECEIVING MY TITLE FOR THE CAR I BOUGHT OUTRIGHT IN AUGUST OF 2025! They stated they did my oil change when I picked up the car in August, they didn’t. I broke down today to be told I have a quart of oil in the engine and it was BLACK. I am beyond words at this point. So infuriating considering I hadn’t put 3k miles on the vehicle since owning it. I will NEVER do business with this Gregg Orr ever again and STRONGLY encourage anyone else to do the same.
