My salesperson was KG in Shreveport , La and he went above and beyond for me . When I say he is the best person to go see. Every bump in the road I thought I had , he smoothed it . Got pre-approved for one car. But when I showed up they said I couldn’t get that car because they was holding that car for another couple. Sent me to 2-3 salesmen. After I left I get a call 3 hours later saying they ran my credit multiple times WITHOUT my permission for a car I didn’t want!!! Plus I asked what amount I got approved for but wouldn’t tell me just the type of car. Then I get another call but at this point I’m upset and don’t answer so he leaves a crazy voice mail on my phone!! I dont care if he called the wrong person… Stop calling customers from your cellphone and use your work phone!!
