Samuel Welch was wonderful to work with. He was not pushy and let me make my decision on the right car for our family. He was very informative on the different models both used and new. Richard (Manager) was also helpful in getting my payments where they needed to be and affordable. Thank you guys for getting me back on the road to KC. We definitely will be back when we purchase our next vehicle.

Dealing with these guys is always fun. Matt in the service department took really good care of us. He has earned my business from here on out. As far as the the technician that worked on my vehicle Tony did really well I have had him work on my vehicle in the past as well I always recommend him when our vehicles have to come to the dealership.

I took my work vehicle in for repair and routine maintenance. By the way, this all started in May of 2026 and I have gotten the runaround for more than a month. When I dropped off the vehicle, I was greeted by a service advisor by the name of Sean. He was very nice and took care of me at the beginning. When contacted him to find out when my work vehicle would be ready, after several weeks, when I picked up the van, one of the main issues I reported was not fixed which was a bad catalytic converter. I had to drop the van back off for it to be in the shop a couple more weeks. When I picked up my van, it was damaged from a lift to put the van in the air for repair. I reached out to the service advisor Sean, and have been given excuses of managers being on vacation and him being too ill to return my calls and texts. I spoke with Hailey Peters who is supposed to be the Service Manager and she was unconcerned and blew me off. This dealership has poor customer service and does not take care of the people who help pay their salaries. I called back several times and asked to speak with Christopher McGill who is the General Manager, and have yet to receive a call back. I would never recommend this dealership based off my experience. When the dealership was run under the Roundtree brand, I never had a problem. Luckily they aren’t the only Ford dealership in town. At the rate of repeat experiences like mine, it will only be a matter of time that this dealership will close for good. I guess my next step is to file a complaint with the BBB. UPDATE! Group 1 Ford of Shreveport referred me to Bayou Wheel & Paint Repair, LLC for repair. Dropped my van off on 7/16/2026 and picked van up on 7/27/2026, only after calling to check the status of the repair and was told the van was ready for pick up. Repair was done to satisfaction. Thank you Group 1 Ford for making the situation right.

My salesman was great. The deal was done fast. Maybe too fast. I purchased a 2020 Tahoe LT March 13,2026. It hasn't been 2 months of me having my truck yet and it's been in the shop twice already. Once with the dealership there which came with issues and once this week alone with my extended warranty already having to be used. It's been in the shop more than I get to drive it. The first time they fixed an issue was exactly 2 days after I purchased it. Now it's back in the shop for a different issue entirely pertaining to the Engine. I went to a dealership for my truck assuming I would have less issues there than buying one from someone off the street but it's just been a hassle having to fix issues back to back in the first 2 months. I can’t even enjoy my purchase that I am paying a car note on. Extremely frustrating not being able to drive what you worked hard to get.
