Had a good experience here with Rogelio when my boyfriend was buying a car. He was friendly and patient as we checked out several cars. The other staff there that day were also nice even those who we weren't working with directly. They kept us hydrated with plenty of water on a 90+ degree day in the sun. Wide selection of cars at good prices and unlike "regular" dealers there wasn't a bunch of price haggling which is a nice change. Recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a used car.

Hertz sold me an overpriced vehicle that was flooded and affected by mold and mildew, an issue not revealed in the Carfax report. This has become a significant burden for me, and I have been trying to identify the root cause since 2023. Despite reaching out to Hertz multiple times, they refused to help, claiming I did not purchase the car from them. Additionally, Hertz shut down their Harvey, Louisiana location and quietly relocated to Katy, Texas. I strongly advise against buying a car from them—they are dishonest, deceptive, and sell lemons polished to look appealing.

The staff is homophobic and very ignorant. They will rip you off brought me a car that was filthy and reeked of cigarettes I refused the car and they charged my debit card anyways and the manager was using homophobic slurs regarding my best friend that ordered us a Uber to get home when the Uber was looking for us. If someone did that to him.and weaponized a racial slur against him he would be all upset. Ignorant people come in all shapes sizes and colors. Sad that hertz not only employs this ignorance but promoted him to manager.

Made a reservation a week ago for 11am got here and absolutely nothing is in order employee's aren't even at the desk they been outside the whole hour I been here they don't have a car for me or a time to pick one up what's the point of a reservation this place is very unorganized and very unprofessional trash service
