Very nice and knowledgeable people to do business with. Jaq is the best. He made sure I was happy. Flexible price. We took a picture also, but for some reason I can't place the picture on this review. 5/5
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Express Used Auto, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked onto the lot, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable sales team who took the time to understand my needs and preferences. They were transparent about the condition of the cars and provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision. The selection of vehicles was impressive, with a variety of well-maintained, late-model cars at competitive prices. I was particularly impressed with how clean and well-maintained the vehicles were. It’s clear that Express Used Auto takes pride in the quality of the cars they sell. The purchasing process was seamless. There were no hidden fees, and the financing options available were straightforward and tailored to my budget. The staff made sure I understood all the paperwork, and they didn’t pressure me into making a decision. I felt confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. After my purchase, I received excellent customer service, and I could tell they truly care about their customers. They even followed up to make sure I was happy with my new vehicle.
