I’ve never had a more pleasant experience than I did here. I went in, told them what I was looking for, warned them my credit wasn’t all that great, and they still went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I wanted without trying to push or persuade me into anything else. They were also able to get me an extended warranty and ensured my monthly notes would be affordable. They take care of the TTL, registration, and even found me affordable insurance. They were completely up front with a minor issue it had and took more than what the cost of repair was off the cost of the vehicle so I could bring it to my mechanic to have fixed as I live an hour and a half away from them. Once home my mechanic confirmed that was the only issue. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Thank you to the WHOLE TEAM at AM!! We were greeted as soon as we stepped foot on their lot and was taken care of the entire time. From test drive to sell! Mo and Jr. are especially awesome! We came during Ramadan and we were still attended to like family. It took 6hrs total for the loan company and insurance company to work out the kinks on their end and Jr. STILL insisted that he would not close the store without us driving off in the car we wanted. He was tired and hungry, my daughter was tired and hungry, he fed us, gave us water, laughed with us, all awhile moving numbers around to ENSURE we drove off in our new car. Thank you is not enough. I apologize for taking soooo long to write a well deserved review. I see why AM has been in business so long. You mean business and do great business. May your business prosper and expand as you see fit. Bless you all. If you’re looking for a car, THIS is the place! My daughter still says thank you till this day. No problems with my car at all.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Within just days of getting the car, it began having serious issues and would not start. This is something that should have been caught before the vehicle was sold. When I returned to the dealership, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. Instead of working with me toward a reasonable solution, I was met with resistance and dismissive responses. At one point, I was even told that they were “protected” and that nothing would come of my complaint, which was frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of accountability and customer care stood out the most. As a buyer, you expect honesty, transparency, and at least some willingness to resolve problems—especially so soon after purchase. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying from this dealership to proceed with caution. Make sure you fully inspect any vehicle and understand your rights before signing anything.

0 stars they sell lemons do not buy from them and horrible customer service and they don’t give you your money back beware of them. just go to a regular dealership they just want to take your money. they don’t care if you drive off in a lemon they know the car is bad also
