All the people there were very nice, and helpfully to me. No waiting around and got in and out quick.

We were referred to Gene kourey almost 12yrs ago. We bought a tucson and drove it to Dallas and back more times then u can count. Not too mention living in ragley and working in kinder so to say we put miles on it would be putting it mildly. We wanted a truck so we went back after paying off the Tucson and got our wonderful dodge 1500. We kept this one because we love,love ,love it. All that being said not one single thing needed to be fixed or changed on either vehicle. Oil changes and we changed back tires on the truck because we wanted to. Mr. Terry was a nice Guy to work with. His service was exceptional,fast and fun to work with. He wasn't letting us leave without putting us in something that we could afford. Got a great car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is the 2nd car I have gotten from them.

I unfortunately got a flat and pulled off on the side of the parking lot here. In the middle of me changing my tire, the owner comes out and tells me I need to move my car. Like no dip, that's my goal too. So rude and stupid. He also asked me what im doing. You sell cars and cant tell im changing a tire. Red flag don't buy from here. You're response of checking if I need assistance is bull. All I was asked is what I was doing. I told im changing my tire because I had a flat. Then got told to move. No help offered nothing. Don't excuse your rudeness and idiocracy with bull.
