I had an absolutely best experience at JP Auto Sales. Everyone was so nice there

I got my car from jp auto sales. These people are amazing!! If you want to buy a car from someone who is honest and trustworthy, this is the place to go to. A small sensor went out on my car and they fixed it for free (I only paid for the part) He legally didn't have to do anything for me. But that's not the kind of people they are. The staff treats you like family. They helped me in so many ways I can't fit the whole explanation in this post. They go out of their way to help and make sure your satisfied and comfortable. They wouldn't let me leave the lot until the mechanic done a tune up and oil change on the car. Just because they want to take care of their customers. The young lady that is behind the desk lowered my down payment so I could get the insurance that day. She called the guy she recommended for insurance and I took care of that right there. Instead of having to make a trip somewhere else. I can't say enough good stuff about them. What's most important is they operate with love, kindness, and honesty! AND THAT IS RARE THESE DAYS! I will never buy a car from anybody but them! Thank y'all at JP Auto Sales for everything you done for me!!!! I wish I could do more than just leave a good review for y'all!!! Y'all are the best!

Horrific and trashy. Very rude, unprofessional. Especially Erin T. Nothing but scam artists. They will sell you a car, promise to fix what’s broken, while “fixing” the issue they break your vehicle then refuse to fix the damages they broke instead they avoid and hang up in customers faces and have hostile phone calls. 10/10 would NOT recommend but would definitely recommend practicing what they preach and if yall so holy then god would be very disappointed. This place is horrible. The cars barely work (just long enough to sell off the lot). The people (especially management) are heartless and will overcharge just to get more money from you. When you need repairs, they either take longer than necessary or not at all. If you're late on any of your payments throughout, they just slap on a late fee. But if ur late on your LAST payment, they come take the car and will double charge. Overall, I would not recommend this place and hope they close. People deserve better than the service provided by JP Auto Sales

So I don’t give no star at all Erin does not do what she is suppose to do I paid 1900 for this vehicle and this vehicle is 10,200 that’s has transmission problem and oil leak and has left me on side of the road had to replace the alternator, purge valve , no air filter there nothing but liars they go to auction and buy theses so they are trying to resale it and my friend has a law suit going with them also they about to have another so don’t buy this car
