We had been looking for a car that would fit our needs, and not only did they find exactly what we were looking for, they made a deal we couldn't resist. They treated as people and not dollar signs. The sales person that I contacted wasn't present when I arrived. He'd left for the day even though we had plans to meet after 5. So another sales person helped me. I expressed my desire to pay cash, yet he kept offering me the "finance and build credit" pitch with vehicles out of my desired price range. I understand selling cars is his job, but not listening to the customer made me leave and I won't go back.

Went here yesterday to look at vehicles and found one I liked. The owner tried her best to work with me to get it. Unfortunately my problem isn't her but another salesman who tried to get me to buy a vehicle that wasn't even on the lot. He showed me pics of the vehicle he was trying to sell me. I told him I didn't want that vehicle because I couldn't see it in person he got an attitude. Said they could have it there the next day for me to look at but my hours I work would mean that I would have to make sure I got off early so they wouldn't have to stay late waiting on me to come. For all I knew if I did buy it right then I would have bought a junker. But the guys attitude that he had toward me isn't right for a business. Therefore when I do actually buy another vehicle it won't be from this dealership as long as he is employed there.
