My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle and spent weeks researching and traveling to different dealerships and spoke to dozens of salesman none of which we felt were truly listening to our needs or giving us the adequate customer service we expected for such a major purchase. Jay was extremely professional and courteous and truly attentive to us when we told him our situation and what we were looking for. I will start by saying Stacy Roberts is a true champ. It was her first week at Navarre and I was her first sale. That is something I am proud to say and I hope she is too. I am a nurse practitioner who has done a lot of driving in the past ten years for my job. The purchase process was very pleasant overall mostly in part due to Stacy’s experience and character. There was only one hiccup and that was during the trade in piece. I hate trading cars when buying but I needed to trade my little Buick Encore, so I did. Honestly, that should have gone a little better than it did - I was a little disappointed as everything up to that point had been pleasant and high level. Navarre needs to do better on that. The part (where the guy came out and said he was “training Stacy to appraise a car the proper and transparent way”) was nothing but a dog and pony show and it was pretty disheartening and almost insulting to anyone’s intelligence. Stacy handled everything with grace and professionalism because she was already a veteran car salesperson. I went into this process needing a bigger car that would accommodate my granddaughter’s gigantic car seat. I’m not going to lie - I had my mind set on another brand (I’m also the proud owner of a 20 year old luxury convertible) but the idea of the hybrid just made sense to me as I began researching SUVs. The Palisade has so many luxury features that other high end brand so I get the hybrid PLUS the luxury. Thank you Navarre and Stacy!!!
