I was really disappointed with the customer service from Brian. He was dismissive, and it was obvious he didn’t care about helping me. On the other hand, Thomas was the only person who was truly friendly, honest, and willing to help. Because we couldn’t get anything done there, I left and went to CarTown Kia, where I bought a car the same day. I do not recommend this location—if you do go, make sure to ask for Thomas

It’s a disappointment. They are rude. Thomas especially. He was asking all these unnecessary questions. Just because we were in an old car he thought we didn’t have money to buy a car. He made it seem racist. This is so unprofessional. Do better
