Just a quick review, didnt buy a vehicle here but the salesman who was new, apparently had been a technician there was very friendly and helpful. Didnt quite have any vehicles on the lot we were looking for, but he was helpful.

The only reason they are getting a 5* review from me is because I want everyone reading from the top the highest comments to see this, No I am not a competitor dealership, I walked in to look at one car and saw 16 signs pointing my direction that says they do not work on customers cars so do not ask, I myself ran the vin on a couple of high value cars and wam he said they were not auction cars well I pulled reports in front of him since they do not run carfaxes for you. Strange right, well the car was in fact bought from auction, multiple damage areas and smoking when started. Save yourself some time and headache the salesman I was talking to didn't even show me features on the car or even try to sell me on it. Crazy place, crazy people. Eating infront of customers is also disrespectful and disgusting close your mouth when chewing and dont talk with a mouth full. 0/5 stars

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this dealership and would strongly advise anyone to stay far away. From the moment I walked in, the staff were rude, dismissive, and clearly more interested in squeezing money out of me than actually helping. They tried to pressure me into signing paperwork with hidden fees that were never properly explained. When I asked questions, I was given vague answers or outright ignored. It honestly felt like they were hoping I wouldn’t notice the extra charges so they could take advantage of me. At one point, I genuinely felt like they were trying to scam me. The numbers kept changing, the promises didn’t match what was written, and the whole process was unnecessarily confusing. It’s hard not to feel like this was intentional. On top of that, the workers were incredibly unprofessional. Poor communication, bad attitudes, and zero accountability when things didn’t add up. Instead of fixing issues, they acted like I was the problem for speaking up. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I walked away feeling frustrated, disrespected, and honestly concerned for anyone else who might end up dealing with them.

Worst place ever I bought a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder, it hasn’t ran since I brought it home I needed a vehicle to get back-and-forth to the hospital because I’m sick and they said oh it’s a good vehicle it’ll get you back-and-forth made it home. I ain’t ran since now. I don’t have a vehicle to get back-and-forth to the hospital for my stuff I have to do.

Sold my brother a lemon he literally just got a nissian rouge and the transmission blew 3 months later?????? How do you get a car in may and the transmission is gone by june yall didnt offer to help or anything but had the audacity THE NERVE to ask if he was still making payments or keeping it at least this place is bogus?!???!?!?!??????!!!!! Save your money and the trouble
