Crystal was incredibly kind and made my experience of buying my first car as easy as possible. She was very open about the car's past, and was so helpful through the entire process.
Crystal and Breece are two of the most amazing people I’ve met so far in Kentucky! While searching for a decent second-hand car on short notice, I visited several prominent dealers in Lexington—but none came close to the exceptional experience I had at North Lime Auto Sales. Unlike the typical high-pressure "fast try, fast buy" atmosphere, North Lime offered genuine advice, transparency, and absolutely no push for a rushed decision. I felt truly welcomed throughout the entire process. The experience was both personal and professional, and it stood in sharp contrast to what I encountered elsewhere. Even after the purchase, when a minor issue came up, Breece handled it promptly and without hesitation. That level of care and service really sets them apart. Highly recommended—thank you both for everything!
I just purchased a Ford Escape here and the experience was amazing! The staff was amazingly helpful and made things so convenient and quick for me. Thank you guys so much!
Crystal took great care of me! I can’t say enough about the customer service I received. When I left the lot I felt they were as happy to see me get a vehicle as they were to make a sale. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a fairly priced good vehicle to check out North Lime Auto Sales.
Great customer service and honest. Reese is a very knowledgeable person and he’s always helpful with whatever you need.. Also the cars are in great shape and all the cars he sells are looking as New wish I can take them all . The only thing I didn’t like was not knowing which car to chose they are all very nice cars . I highly recommend this place !!!
