I had a 10/10 experience here. They ran all of the Reports ahead of me arriving so the Paperwork was quick. Very flexible in getting approved. The Toyota I purchased was super clean and presentable for an older Vehicle. Danny Cortez made the whole thing quick.
We recently purchased a used RAV4 from Broadway Auto Mall in Lexington and had a great experience working with Danny Cortez. Danny was friendly, helpful, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. Buying a car can sometimes be stressful, but he made the experience much smoother and more relaxed. He answered our questions, was patient with us, and made sure everything was straightforward and transparent. We really appreciated his professionalism and positive attitude. Bought a car from them two months ago. Anthony was a great salesman & did his best to get me into the car I wanted. I’ve paid all of my payments on time besides the most recent one because it’s broke down. They paid to have it towed from Springfield to the lot, diagnosed it, and are replacing my transmission 100% free. So I’m extremely happy with all of that. Problem is, I went to get a few things out of my car (I was in the process of moving so all of my belongings were in there) and the homeless ransacked it. All of my clothing, shoes & everything else. In there was destroyed. My fiancés prescription medications were stolen as well. Luckily these things are replaceable I just think it’s ridiculous they don’t lock the back lot, the vehicles in it, or have cameras back there.
