Ransom presented the truck that fit our needs, described the product to us and he negotiated fairly. Once we all agreed to a price, Ransom assisted us with the complete closing of our deal. Andre Was amazing, bought a 2021 F150 Platinum they had it warmed up and ready to test drive when I showed up, they answered any and all questions that I had. Detailed and filled the truck up with fuel before purchase was completed and allowed me to take a thorough test drive before making any decisions. I also did not feel pressured at all.

My husband & I had a great experience buying our vehicle at the Lexington, Richmond Rd location. The salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly, he wasn't pushy & answered all our questions. The Service Dept was great to work with also. No complaints at all!

I would like to recognize Service Advisor Mason Howard for his professionalism, friendliness, and excellent customer service throughout my visit. Mason took the time to explain my situation and was courteous and helpful despite having to deliver disappointing news regarding my vehicle's maintenance requirements. During my appointment, Mason informed me that a previous service advisor had failed to properly explain the difference between recommended services and required services necessary to maintain my Powertrain Warranty coverage. Because these services had previously been presented as recommendations, I declined them during prior visits. As a result, when my vehicle reached the required mileage threshold, I was informed that I needed to complete several services immediately, including: Front differential flush Rear differential flush Fuel injection service Coolant flush Transmission flush Since these services had become mileage-dependent requirements, I was given no option to reschedule them and had to complete them during that appointment. This resulted in an unexpected wait time and a total service bill of $1,451.65. To Mason's credit, he checked with the technicians throughout the process to help ensure I would still be able to make another appointment I had previously scheduled that day. His efforts to assist and keep me informed were appreciated. My concern is not with Mason's service, but with how the dealership handled the admitted mistake of a former employee. While I understand that employees make mistakes and that I ultimately share responsibility for understanding my warranty requirements, the dealership acknowledged that incorrect information had been provided to me. Despite this admission, no accommodation, discount, goodwill adjustment, or complimentary service was offered to offset the inconvenience, unexpected expense, or additional time required. Additionally, I was informed that I was not the only customer affected by this employee's failure to properly explain warranty-related service requirements. That suggests this was not an isolated incident. While I appreciate the apology I received, the only resolution offered was essentially, "I'm sorry." Given the significant unexpected cost and inconvenience resulting from misinformation provided by a dealership representative, I believe a more meaningful effort to address the situation would have been appropriate.
