This was one of the easiest processes we have ever been through. Everyone was friendly and greeted us and very patient and understanding. We had no intentions of making a purchase that Saturday, but we couldn’t pass the deal up. Joe Buck was fantastic. We are loving our Nissan Rogue Platinum. CarMax is a great place to deal with!! Tariq at CarMax made the entire car buying process smooth and stress free from start to finish. Even while helping multiple customers at once, he stayed friendly, patient, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with each step of the process. I never felt rushed or overlooked, which really stood out. He kept things organized, communicated well, and made what can usually be a stressful experience feel easy and straightforward. You can tell he cares about his customers and takes pride in doing things the right way. I’d definitely recommend asking for Tariq if you’re shopping at CarMax.
February 26 I went up to Carmax and got a Buick Encore and I liked it, but I didn’t love it. So today on March 6, I went back and exchanged it for a Volkswagen Passat my salesman Tariq Smith Was respectful and professional the whole time he never made me feel rushed, and even when I went to return the Buick, he didn’t make me feel bad for it. This is by far in the easiest car buying experience and best dealership experience I’ve ever had and I will most definitely continue getting all of my future vehicles from Carmax now
Seriously the best car buying experience I've ever had! Josh was my salesman, but all the employees are so nice and helpful. 10 days guaranteed, an with 30 days to fix anything if something is wrong. No hassle, had to take mine back for a check engine light, (fault code for wrong octane used) they are refunding a full tank of fuel since I brought it back! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!! Thank you!!!!!!
Everyone I encountered at Carmax was amazing! The best car buying experience ever. No pressure, no BS, straight to it & very quick as well. I was preapproved for a vehicle online, reserved the vehicle, test drove it, & bought it. Such an easy process. The easiest car buying process ever. JUSTIN was awesome!!! Torrey was great too and Kyle. Everyone was awesome. Go to Carmax if you need a vehicle they have a wonderful inventory & rates up front are accurate!!! Thank you guys!
