Just bought my 4th vehicle from Don Franklin after having my Nissan Rogue for 4 faithful 236,068 mile driven years. Bryan Turnage has placed me in 4 different cars across 2 different locations over the years and I can’t recommend him or this dealership enough! *Shout out to Nissan as well for the long faithful ride (literally) that I had with my Rogue before she finally lost her fight to a deer (and still was drivable) 😂

I had a pleasant experience at this car dealership. The staff was welcoming, professional, and very helpful during the entire process. They explained the vehicle options clearly and helped me find a car that fit my budget and needs. The paperwork was handled quickly and everything went smoothly. For my services, I always get an appointment right away that fits right in to my schedule. I am always able to wait for my car because the oil change and inspection only took about 46 minutes or less.

I purchased a Supra through Don Franklin, and while the sales process was smooth, everything fell apart after delivery. The sales staff was professional and handled the sight-unseen purchase well. That’s the only reason this isn’t a one-star review. The car was delivered on Wednesday. By Saturday, when I had time to properly inspect it, I discovered the front left tire was actively rubbing against the shock tower and already being worn down. This wasn’t minor, it was dangerous. I immediately took it to Discount Tire, where they found the issue: the tires had been installed incorrectly. The rear tires were put on the left side and the front tires on the right. Since the rear tires are about an inch wider, this caused the tire to rub. This is a basic, unacceptable mistake. I had to buy a brand-new tire on the spot to avoid a blowout. Given how severe the wear was, there’s no question this would have failed very soon. This wasn’t bad luck, it was negligence. The tires had clearly been rotated incorrectly right before delivery, and no one bothered to check their work. I contacted Don Franklin and asked them to cover the cost of the tire. They completely ignored me. That tells me everything I need to know. Poor workmanship is one thing, but refusing to take responsibility for a safety issue is another. Two stars only because the sales team did their job. The service side is careless, and the dealership as a whole doesn’t stand behind what they sell.
