I had such an amazing experience with Courtesy on Wheels! I went in feeling really nervous because my credit isn’t the best, and I honestly didn’t think I’d be able to get approved for a car. But they completely changed that for me. Todd handled everything for me, and he was absolutely incredible. He made me feel comfortable right away, explained everything clearly, and never once made me feel pressured. They worked with me, found great options, and truly went the extra mile to make things happen. The whole team was so friendly and welcoming, and the process didn’t take long at all, it felt smooth and stress-free, which I didn’t expect when buying a car! I was able to drive off with the car I really wanted, and I’m so grateful for the experience. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people and not just making a sale. I would 100% recommend Courtesy on Wheels to anyone, especially if you’re feeling unsure or worried about your situation. They really do take care of you, and I would absolutely go back again in the future!

I do not normally leave reviews but this time I had to. Robert got us in a car that day even though we have poor credit scores and no down payment. He pulled around a very nice 2020 vehicle that my husband and I would have NEVER considered a possibility for us and we were hesitant to even listen to him at first. After a test drive, we fell in love with it. Man said he's been in the business 20 years and it shows!! Best thing is the payment is the same as the absolute lemon I got in an emergency at a buy here pay here. If you are going to get a new car, the only reasonable choice is through Robert at Courtesy! Not only a kind man that will get this done for you but a cool guy with cool stories 😎

Chris made buying my first car such a good experience. He was super patient and explained everything without making me feel rushed. Selling "Lemon Cars, Like candy bars. Just got my vehicle less than 3 weeks ago along with an extended warranty. Took it to the dealer per extended warranty. The dealership said this should have been checked before it was sold. The extended warranty i got doesnt cover the issue. The draler said to take it back because it should be made right. The dealership is Honda which is part of Acura. Took it back to Courtesy, basically given the too bad . Sorry you need to pay over $2000.00 for repairs. The Honda dealership said they would back me and gave me the paperwork. I don't and will never recommend buying from here. I had it less than a month and already having issues.
