Don Jacobs Used Cars

Five-star experience every time. I’ve bought 7 or 8 used cars from Don Jacobs over the last decade and it’s always been a pleasant experience. Not to mention, the professional sales people as well as the sales managers. I have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership and their service department has always been great as well, so if you’re looking for a used car, I would check them out first.

I bought my car here and I recommend Morgan! She is the best and I’m extremely satisfied with her service! So if you are planning on buying a car anytime soon, come to Don Jacobs and ask for Morgan!

We purchased a car here through Carter and had the best experience all around. He was incredibly helpful and wonderful to work with!

Had to make multiple calls to “chase down” someone to make me an offer on a used car in inventory that I told them I would buy at listed price. Did not respond to chat request, Autotrader requests for info, etc. Finally was able to speak to sales manager who told me that the dealership would not sell to me because I am a Texas resident. They said the issue was with Texas being slow on the out of state registration process and that the dealership would not allow me to take care of registration on my own in Texas (which is what I have done 7+ times before on other out of state purchases). Would not recommend for out of state buyers.

Purchased a 2022 Kia stinger gt2 from them and within 4 minutes of leaving the lot it showed a multiple misfire engine light. I believe they knew the vehicle had this issue and withheld that information from the sale.
