Dillon did a great job helping us find our new Expedition. He was very attentive to our needs/wants. He also went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to test drive the car we wanted by getting it from a different location and driving it out to us since our time was limited. Really love my 2021 GMC Sierra 2500HD from Noller Ford. I worked with Johnny Pitman for sales. Since I was buying remote he patiently answered my numerous questions, took the time to get me extra pictures and a video to help me make my decision. He always answered my calls and texts quickly, once even after normal business hours. I really appreciate his support through the entire process. Would definitely recommend him as a salesman to work with. I drove from St. Louis to Topeka with my trade in. They gave me a good price on my trade in. Finance was a breeze. Tony in the finance department made the transaction easy. He offered me some additional packages to enhance my purchase. Normally I wouldn't buy an extended warranty but they offered a maintenance package with the extended warranty and the price was impossible to turn down. I never felt pressured into buying anything but the deal was laid out in a very advantageous way. They even found a way to get the APR rate down well below my bank terms. All together I appreciate everything Noller Ford did and how easy they were to work with. I am a very happy customer! Thanks to the entire team st Noller Ford!

I would say typically I would give 5 stars because I have always had good luck except on Wednesday. I took my car in for a routine oil change, tire rotation and to check a slow leaking tire. I figured an hour tops. I text the line an hour and 38 minutes into my service and the lady told me that the tech was having a hard time finding the leak. 30 minutes later she told me he found it and it was reparable. 20 minutes after that she called and said they couldn’t get my tire off due to the lug nut being stripped from being to tight (mind you they are the only people have have done my tires and rotated them last) and that she ordered a part and it was going to be $74 out of my pocket for the fix even though I bought a “good” warrenty package through them. She kept telling me she was a Subaru owner and this happens every 150,000 miles. I don’t even have 150,000 miles on my car. 🙄🙄 She did even try to make it right. We don’t live in town (about 55 minutes away). I was there with my two childrens from 8:00-1:30 due the lack of communication and situation. LESS than impressed with a place I did love going to!

Purchased a 2020 Ford Edge 2025. No sunroof, but has remote start and some safety features. My Edge has had Issues after Issues. The Pre-Collision Assistant Sensor Blocked light keeps coming on. Sometimes my car slows completely down as if I'm about to hit another car and no car is in front of me. When we had the 1st snow, there was a tiny nitch in my windshield and Wellllllll, need a New windshield now, $5?? $$$.... I wish I had of taken more time and looked around. I have had for 7 months and I went out of town and in the shop it went!!! Uuuugghhh Made it back and had to get brakes. Front & Back..... !!! A Continuous Thing with my lent pockets!!!! I think a Sale just wanted to be made!!!! I just want something Different Next Summer, if I can 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️...... Guess if it wasn't for Bad Luck, I wouldn't have any luck. Shop Wisely & Just Return if you have to put it in the shop within the 1st week you purchase from any Dealership!!!! Another Headache I Have Gained Constantly!!
