James was fantastic!!! Got us in a better vehicle that we came in looking at. Even with us having limited credit, James and the financing team was able to get us approved. I love how Daniel helped us find a good gas saving vehicle! also my vehicle had a dent and he was very quick to send it to shop to get it fixed also gave me a loaner! I am very sad they let go a real good car sales person! they need to base their judgements on kindness friendliness and not just worry about sales! I wish Daniel the best!

James was wonderful! Buying my used Subaru was so pleasant and easy. It truly was a hassle-free experience! Super friendly and efficient! I had a trade in and went home with my new/gently used car the same day which I haven't experienced in years. The way getting a car should be. Previously I drove an hour to LC Infiniti to get my Infiniti serviced. I figured that for a simple oil change I could just do it here at Nissan,so I have been going the last few years. The only problem previously was that they forgot to put the seal under and oil drained out all over my garage. This last Friday I went in for a simple oil change and told them I didn’t need all the inspections. After they finished the supervisor “Chris” showed me a video they took of my car and showed me pictures of all of the necessary repairs that I needed. He showed me a pic of my battery my that was corroded and said it needed immediate attention. This is the same issue I had the last time but had it fixed. I asked him how it could be like this again and he stated that it could be a bad battery. I told him that I would have my husband call to sched service. When I got home I popped my hood and my battery had ZERO corrosion. I included pics of their picture and my battery when I got home. I was lived and my husband wasn’t happy either. I called back to the shop and spoke with Chris and voiced my concern of dishonesty and FRAUD. He told me that his service guy just used my pervious pics (this must be a reg thing for them to do) he said sorry. I proceeded to tell him that I didn’t trust them and that if I told them to go ahead and fix it they would’ve taken it back and still charged me and his comment was that he understood. It is so hard to trust anyone now a days and this is a service dept that I WILL MEVER go back to … BEWARE!!!! This is the type of stuff they do 2020 or dateline investigations on. I doubt they even changed my oil but did change my sticker and charged me for it!
