Marcus Jones was a true diamond. He made it really easy and enjoyable. I love the car he showed us and want to say he is the best. He was not pushy and I am glad we got him as our salesman. Thank you Drive Time, you are the best.
I absolutely love this dealership! Everything was straightforward and they were extremely thorough making sure I knew everything worked on my new truck. I will definitely refer anyone I know to work with them.
Marcus Jones is absolutely the one to go to! From start to finish, my experience with Marcus was nothing short of exceptional. He was kind and genuinely warm — the type of person who makes you feel like you’re in good hands from the moment you meet him. What really stood out was his consistency; every interaction was professional, reliable, and exactly what I expected. He never dropped the ball. On top of that, Marcus was incredibly patient. He took his time, answered every question without making me feel rushed, and made sure I was completely satisfied before we wrapped up. That kind of attention and care is hard to find. I’ll absolutely be coming back. If you’re looking for someone who combines professionalism with a personal touch, Marcus Jones is your guy. Highly recommend! 🙌

I had a great experience, right from the beginning with starting the process online to going and checking out the cars. I worked with Susan C. at the Topeka location, and she was so helpful into getting me into the car that fit my needs and what I wanted! Everyone from the time I walked in was so friendly and welcoming!
