After our horrible service at Cable Dahmer, we were in desperate need of a van because we have 3 kiddos in carseats. We happened to drive by and see a few vans in their lot so we stopped by. We had wonderful service from Kent. He went above and beyond for us. We felt like family even though we had never met him before. He gave us a tour of three vehicles which really helped us make our decision for the one we wanted the most. We got to drive home our new (to us) Chrysler Pacifica. My wife is so happy! We most likely will never go to a big name dealership again, as our service in the past has always been bad. Thank you again Kent and Jim Clark Autoworld, you definitely have our recommendation!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! Kent and Keith are literally the best salesmen i’ve ever met in my life. my boyfriend and i are 19 and 18 so obviously it’s easy to take advantage of two teenagers buying a car. BUT THEY DIDNT !! Kent explained everything in great detail to make sure both my boyfriend and i knew what was going on even though i wasn’t even buying the car, my boyfriend was. they went every mile to make sure we had a great experience. (such as replacing the battery of the fob before we left.) leaving the lot we experienced and issue but it wasn’t they’re fault (they genuinely didn’t know) we called them when we got the car home and explained our issue and they wanted us to bring it back up to them so they can figure it out. turns out it was just an oil filter and gasket that was stalling the car when it reached slow speeds. we drove it up the next morning and they had already done they’re research bought the parts needed and fixed it for us FOR FREE. on top of that Kent made sure to drive through intersections and go slow enough speeds to see if it would turn off or not. THEN HE PUT GAS IN IT?! absolutely insane service and unlike anything we’ve ever dealt with. thanks to keith and kent my boyfriend bought his first car at 19 years old with no cosinger. we cannot thank them enough. we will absolutely be back much love to the two brothers who took great care of us.

Great Jeep, rare color, lots of equipment. Been a great addition. No problems. I'm sure the team would have taken care anything. I see a couple of sketchy posts. People have to understand and accept two things. 1) these are used cars. 2) cars require maintenance.

Had a great experience with Kent this weekend. He was not overbearing like most car salesman. He let us test drive our vehicle and made sure it was satisfactory before we left. He took most of his Saturday getting us in a Dodge Caravan. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely buy here again. A very professional and friendly experience.

I do not recommend. Did not even have our truck for 6 months, and it was falling apart. Out of the 6 months, 2 months it was at briggs in the shop. Spent the extra money on the full warranty, and was told the entire repair was going to take the whole warranty amount. Still end up paying over $1500 out of pocket.Jim clark obviously did not have this truck fully inspected, before they but it out on lot.
