BMW of Topeka

We had a great experience at Aristocrat Motors in Topeka. Everyone was very helpful and professional; the entire team was a pleasure to work with. I’ve also received two follow up calls since my purchase on July 15, just to be sure all is well. I wish I could take the vehicle there for service, but unfortunately, Topeka is just a little too far from my home in Leawood. Well worth the trip to purchase though! And did I mention that I love the car?? It drives and feels great; very solid. And it’s absolutely beautiful!

Our first contact with this dealership was by telephone with Emily Green - Client Advisor, as we live 100 miles away. She was able to answer any questions I threw her way and we scheduled to meet. While we were there to look at a beautiful pre-owned vehicle that is a different make than what the dealership sells, when we walked through the door we were greeted very courteously by everyone in the room. Emily introduce a few people as we walked through, and she took us to meet Barry the sales manager. We visited for a short time, very friendly. We were made to feel like we were there to buy the most expensive vehicle at the dealership. After a test drive, Emily brought Ben Endicott to visit about financial to see if we had any questions or anything to speed the process along, before we head to his office. Barry had stopped by to see how we were doing. Ben helped us find the best financing he could and made fast work of a lot of paperwork. I have been looking online through all of the states to find the vehicle I wanted with all the options, in my price range. No one could do it until I came here. Everyone here was great, but especially Emily. She not only helped me learn some of the tech and set it up. She went to help my wife make sure her phone and navigation worked for the trip home. When I start car shopping again, I will start here.

We have been BMW owners for the last 20 years and have always purchased through BMW’s CPO program. We have worked with several dealerships over the years and always had positive experiences, but working with Jim and Ben has been the best so far. I decided to switch to an EV going from a 2017 430i Grand Coupe xDrive to a 2023 i4 M50 xDrive and could’t find anything locally until I ran across a CPO 2023 at BMW of Topeka. I am 4 hours away but the process from reviewing the vehicle on their website to actually dealing remotely with Jim and Ben couldn’t have been smoother. Jim was responsive to my questions/concerns about going EV and sharing photos and videos. Ben was able to do the paperwork remotely and staying with BMW for financing provided the best rate. Jim stayed in touch during my 4 hour trip to the dealership and had everything ready go when I got there. The condition of the vehicle was even better than I expected and Jim spent time going through the initial setup even taking a drive to explain the EV features. He also stayed in touch during my trip home knowing that I would have a stop at a charging station along the way. I am still working through some “range anxiety” and learning the technology within the car, but it is so much fun to drive! My sales/finance experience with Jim and Ben along with the welcoming atmosphere of the dealership was great! Thanks!

BMW of Topeka was extremely accommodating and made purchasing our first BMW easy. Chris, Barry, Jordon, and Dillyn made my husband and I feel like their only customers! As first-time BMW owners, they took the time to explain all the fabulous benefits and features of our new X7! Will definitely take the drive to Topeka for our next BMW purchase! Highly recommend!
