Everyone at this dealership was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They listened to carefully to make sure they understood what I wanted. Then they found that car and brought it to the dealership ready for me to pick it up. I worked with Tanyon Schafer, and he was Very fun to work with and alsovery familiar with the product, and took the time to explain all the details. The day I picked the car up at the dealership, they gave me as much time as I needed to become familiar with the electronics And the buttons, Like pairing my phone, getting the navigation to work, showing me how to Set the cruise control etc. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

We have had a general feeling of dread when faced with the idea of going to a dealership to find a vehicle. Briggs has changed that for us. Our salesman / Briggs specialist Kieth Shields has changed that. This was the only time (only) that we went to a dealership to shop vehicles and felt ZERO pressure. Kieth showed us what we were looking for. Through the course of conversations made us aware of various options that we did not have knowledge of. He was absolutely friendly, and when it was over, he spent the majority of his day with us. Not one time did the tone of his voice display impatience, or act like we were taking up his time. It was the first time ever that I felt like “what just happened? That’s not the average dealership”. We got a great value from our trade. I have only good things to say about our experience.
