They gave me a chance when no one else would. The cars are cleaned up and road worthy. I’d say if you have low credit or are in dire need of a car then this is the place to go. Came to try and get a vehicle, which we didn’t, but the fault was our part.* Came to this establishment after being highly recommended by family and friends. Friendly? No. Helpful? No. Worker Patti is a rude and hostile female. Called to ask questions on my fiancés behalf and yes, he’d given the okay to do so directly to her. I wanted to ask about the process and how everything worked, immediately she became rude and condescending. Her tone was hostile after asking a couple of questions. When she continued with her hateful attitude, I asked to speak to someone else and she snapped at me, asking what was so confusing. I said nothing I just wanted to speak to someone else who wasn’t being unnecessarily hostile and rude. Then proceeded to hang up on me. Instead of being professional and calling my fiancé back with the final decision, she just texted him.
